Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and restrictions for using the services provided by AurexHost. By using our hosting, VPS, email, and domain services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Illegal Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content
• Storing or sharing copyrighted materials without authorization
• Unauthorized access to systems, servers, or data ("hacking")
• Use of services in violation of local, EU, or international laws
• Running illegal marketplaces, carding, or financial fraud operations
• Hosting malware, exploits, keyloggers, or harmful software

2. Abusive or Harmful Use

You may not use AurexHost services to:

• Launch DDoS attacks or participate in botnets
• Run IP scanners, stress-testing tools, or flood scripts
• Interfere with network stability or service availability
• Cause excessive load that impacts other customers

3. Email & Anti-Spam Rules

AurexHost strictly prohibits:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM)
• Using purchased, scraped, or third-party email lists
• Open mail relays or unsecured SMTP configurations
• Phishing, fraudulent messages, or impersonation

We maintain zero-tolerance for spam. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

4. High-Risk or Dangerous Content

The following are not allowed:

• Extremist or terrorist content
• Instructions for harming individuals or property
• Hosting weapons, explosive, or similar illegal documentation
• Child exploitation or abusive materials

5. Resource Abuse

To maintain performance for all clients, you may not:

• Run crypto-mining applications (Monero, GPU miners, CPU miners)
• Use shared hosting for game servers or resource-heavy scripts
• Use hosting to store backups unrelated to your website
• Host file-sharing or streaming platforms on shared plans

6. Prohibited Industries

AurexHost does not permit services used for:

• Pharmaceutical sales without authorization
• Gambling, betting, lotteries (unless approved)
• Fake documents, counterfeit goods
• Money laundering or unlicensed financial services

7. Security Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for keeping their services secure. This includes:

• Using strong passwords
• Keeping CMS, plugins, themes, and scripts updated
• Securing web applications to prevent abuse
• Not sharing account access details

A compromised account is still the responsibility of the account owner.

8. Content Restrictions

Not allowed:

• Hosting adult, pornographic, or explicit content on shared hosting
• Violent, hateful, or abusive content targeting individuals or groups
• Fake news, impersonation, or deceptive content
• Activities intended to harm reputation or commit fraud

9. Network Policies

You may not:

• Modify IP configurations beyond what is permitted
• Bypass bandwidth limits or resource constraints
• Use services to anonymize malicious traffic
• Operate proxy/VPN services used for abuse (Tor exit nodes, etc.)

10. Enforcement & Suspension

AurexHost reserves the right to:

• Disable services in case of abuse or security threats
• Request identification if required by law enforcement
• Suspend or terminate accounts violating this AUP
• Block harmful or suspicious traffic

12. Changes to the AUP

AurexHost may update this AUP when necessary. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
